If you have decided to become our client and changed your mind, a full refund will be offered within the first 48 hours (provided we haven’t started working on your application).

We also issue a full refund if your trademark turns out to be unregistrable once we conduct a comprehensive search.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you simply changed your mind after we already started working on your application or if more than 48 hours have passed after the purchase.
