Each of our packages comes with an “I Changed My Mind” guarantee.

If you change your mind within the first 48 hours after purchase, we will refund the professional fees paid, provided that we have not yet commenced work on the matter. Work includes conducting or arranging a trademark search, reviewing filing information, preparing the application, or commencing expedited work.

Any payment processing fees, bank fees, government fees, or third-party charges already incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

If your trademark is found unregistrable after we conduct a comprehensive trademark search, you may either:

1. Continue with your existing package and provide replacement trademarks. We will conduct additional searches without additional search fees until we identify the first registrable trademark; or
2. Request a refund of the applicable trademark package professional fee.

If a refund is issued, the package will be terminated and no further searches or other services will be provided under that package.

The URGENT FILING fee, additional-class professional fees, government fees, payment processing fees, bank fees, third-party charges, and fees for work already performed or services already delivered are non-refundable.

A trademark that is considered problematic or has lower chances of registration is not necessarily unregistrable and does not qualify for a refund on that basis alone.
