What happens after I buy a trademark package?

1. We’ll confirm your order.
2. We’ll conduct a comprehensive trademark search and assess the chances of registration. We will provide detailed recommendations on how to increase the chances of achieving registration if the search identifies potential issues.
3. If your trademark is registrable, we’ll move forward with the trademark registration process.
4. If your trademark is found unregistrable after we conduct the comprehensive trademark search, you will have two options:1. Continue with your existing package and provide replacement trademarks. We will conduct additional searches without additional search fees until we identify the first registrable trademark; or

   2. Request a refund of the applicable trademark package professional fee.

   If your trademark is problematic but is not found unregistrable, we will explain the risks and available filing strategies. The refund option does not apply solely because a trademark has lower chances of registration.
