What happens after I buy a trademark package?

1. We’ll confirm your order.
2. For packages in the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, we conduct the included comprehensive trademark search and assess the chances of registration. In other countries, comprehensive searches are purchased separately. Where a search identifies potential issues, we explain the risks and available filing options.
3. If your trademark is registrable, we’ll move forward with the trademark registration process.
4. If your trademark is found unregistrable after we conduct the comprehensive trademark search, you will have two options:1. Continue with your existing package and provide replacement trademarks. We will conduct additional searches without additional search fees until we identify the first registrable trademark; or2. If our comprehensive search finds your trademark unregistrable, you may either continue with the existing package and provide replacement trademarks for additional searches until we identify the first registrable trademark, or request a refund of the applicable package professional fee under our Terms of Engagement. A refund ends the package and any further searches.If your trademark is problematic but is not found unregistrable, we will explain the risks and available filing strategies. The refund option does not apply solely because a trademark has lower chances of registration.
