Anita’s hourly rate is US$300.

Our US, UK, and Australian lawyers‘ fees are also US$300 an hour.

Professional fees for procedural Office Action responses are included in ALL IN. BELLS AND WHISTLES also includes substantive Office Action responses. Work outside the purchased package and applicable rush or emergency handling may be charged separately. We provide an estimate before additional charges are incurred.

Please note that our hourly rate is US$350 an hour for trademark opposition work. Oppositions are not included in our packages and will be extra.
