The comprehensive trademark search will be completed on an expedited basis and, subject to the search results, the Client’s authorization to proceed, and receipt of all information necessary for filing, the trademark application will be submitted within 48 hours.

For urgent filings, Clients are encouraged to schedule a phone call with us to review the filing details and help ensure that all necessary information is provided promptly. A phone call is not required if all necessary information can be provided by email or other written communication.

The URGENT FILING fee is charged for expedited handling and prioritization. Once expedited work has commenced, including conducting or arranging the comprehensive trademark search, the URGENT FILING fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the trademark search or whether the trademark application is ultimately filed.
